The journey
Six steps from setup to the event.
- 1
1. Set up your Lodge
Your Lodge is created with its name and number, officers and roles, and the features you want to use.
- 2
2. Add your members
Import or add member records with contact details, degrees and offices. Members are invited to access the platform.
- 3
3. Create meetings and events
Publish the Lodge year: regular meetings, the Installation and social events, each with date, venue and capacity.
- 4
4. Members register and pay
Members book their place and pay for tickets or dining by card. The payment is recorded against the booking.
- 5
5. Invite guests
A member generates a secure invitation link. The guest registers, pays and chooses their menu — no account required.
- 6
6. Run the event
Officers see attendance, covers, menu choices, dietary needs and payment status, and the table plan is ready.

How a booking actually happens
One flow captures who is attending, what they’re eating and the payment — so nobody has to reconcile three separate lists afterwards.
- Member selects attendees, including guests
- Menu choice and dietary needs per person
- Review of the total before paying
- Card payment at the point of booking
- Booking, covers and payment recorded together
Guest journey
A guest, from invitation to dinner
Everything the guest needs happens through one secure link.

Before the event, officers already have the numbers the caterer, the Treasurer and the Director of Ceremonies need.
- Attendance list with members and guests
- Total covers and menu breakdown
- Dietary requirements flagged
