These terms govern access to and use of the Lodge Works platform. By signing up, accepting an invitation, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Lodge Works provides online tools for Masonic Lodges to manage members, meetings, events, dining, payments and communications. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

2. Accounts and access

Lodge Works accounts are invitation-only or created by an authorised Lodge officer. You must keep your login details secure and notify your Lodge Secretary if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Lodges subscribe to a plan that matches their needs. Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Lodge Works for unlawful activity, to harass others, to send spam, or to attempt to access data you are not authorised to view. Lodge officers are responsible for the conduct of their members and guests on the platform.

5. Data and confidentiality

Lodge Works processes Lodge data on behalf of the subscribing Lodge. We keep member and guest data confidential and use it only to provide and improve the service, unless we are required to disclose it by law.

6. Limitation of liability

Lodge Works is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by misuse of the platform.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Either party may terminate the relationship by cancelling the subscription or closing the account. Data retention after closure is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
